Baltimore Adrenal Training has been teaching FAST Defense to the Metro Baltimore area since 2004. We also work with local government organizations, professional organizations, mother's groups and women's groups. Our instructors appear regularly on the Ed Norris talk show to discuss Self-Defense topics.
